Sponsorship Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Please review the following sponsorship participation, payment and cancellation conditions for the Microbiology Forum 2026.

Confirmation of Participation

  • Upon confirmation of the Sponsoring Company’s participation, the Organizing Company will issue an official quotation specifying the agreed sponsorship package, applicable fees, and payment terms.

Cancellation Period

  • The Sponsoring Company may cancel its participation by providing written notice within thirty (30) working days from the date of issuance of the official quotation.
  • Under any conditions, no cancellations are allowed within thirty (30) days before the event.

Financial Liability

  • Any cancellation made after the expiry of the thirty (30)-working-day period shall render the Sponsoring Company liable for the full quoted investment, which shall remain payable in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Established Policy

  • These terms and conditions are intended to support effective planning, resource allocation and the successful organization of the Microbiology Forum 2026.
  • The sponsorship agreement and applicable commercial conditions shall be confirmed through the official quotation and sponsorship documentation.

Important Cancellation NoticeCancellation requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) working days from issuance of the official quotation. No cancellations are permitted within thirty (30) days before the event.

Additional Commercial Information

  • Sponsorship investments are subject to 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per KSA law.
  • Sponsorship prices exclude any transfer fees.
  • Exhibition spaces are applicable at the main forum on 9-10 November 2026.
